New Designers Awards

Athens Fashion Week has established one of its goals as an institution: to support, to promote and reward new and talented designers with “NEW DESIGNERS AWARDS”.

New Designers Awards is an institution, which offers the opportunity to new talents to present their work to the fashion crowd and public, while competing for 3 important awards: Best Catwalk, Best Trend-Setter and Best New Designer!

The participants present a mini collection of 10 outfits each, in groups of 3 designers per show and they are judged by a respectful jury of established fashion designers, buyers and fashion media representatives from Greece and abroad. The winners are awarded important prizes: Participation in other international fashion weeks, co-operations with major fashion boutiques, scholarships for fashion studies, presentations of the winner in important media are some of the important awards! The New Designers Awards ceremony closes the day dedicated to new talents presented by a famous person.

How to register for New Designers Awards:
If you want to participate in New Designers Awards by Guizhou Moutai and if you have a degree or you are currently in the last semester of your studies in fashion design and you are working on your own label up to 2 years, you can register to participate in New Designers Awards by Guizhou Moutai, by sending a brief CV and a sample of work (sketches or photos of your creations) at press.axdw@gmail.com.
