With inspiration, innovation, creativity, and designs of high aesthetic value, the 37th Athens Fashion Week concluded with resounding success, reaffirming once again its role as the leading institution for Greek fashion and design. This season, the event took place at carefully selected, emblematic locations, with its main base at the former Public Tobacco Factory, Kapnergostasio, currently managed by the Hellenic Parliament. The fashion shows by Paris Valtadoros and Vassilis Zoulias were held at the Telekom Center Athens and the Glyfada Golf Club respectively. The event ran from November 11 to November 17, welcoming a multitude of distinguished guests, industry professionals, fashion editors, celebrities and influencers, highlighting the latest trends in Greek and international fashion.
The former Public Tobacco Factory, Kapnergostasio, is a building with an identity of its own, and the work presented in the venue is a creation of the great painter C. Tsoclis, exhibited for the first time at the venue under the auspices of the Hellenic Parliament. In the said work, the artist attempted to express his amazement at modern technology; that’s why this work has been titled “AWE 2025”.
Renowned Greek and international fashion designers and brands presented their collections: opening show by Paris Valtadoros with his collection “11:11”, followed by the iconic Lakis Gavalas presenting “Electric Dreams”. Established designer Yiorgos Eleftheriades presented his collection “AW25/6 I AM YOU WE ARE ONE ‘INFINITY IN USE’”. Fashion designer Tassos Mitropoulos showcased his FW ’26 collection “The Unbound”, while the timeless house Kathy Heyndels – Marios Togos presented “Dark Elegance”. Designer Klelia Andrali followed with “Comme Chaque Fois”, and the brand Vickay showcased its Cruise ’26 line. Petra Kara presented her collection “Awakening”, whereas designer Olga Karaververis showcased her Spring/Summer 2026 collection “The Next Chapter”. Fashion brand MeaDea by THEO presented “The True Flame & The Bridge of Light”. Parle Moi introduced its Spring/Summer ’26 collection, followed by designer Afroditi Hera with “She in the Wind”. Beloved designer Dassios presented a theatre-inspired show with his collection “ASTERO”, while designer Daphne Valente celebrated 40 years in fashion with her collection “Oleander”. Christina Zafeiriou Couture displayed its dazzling Spring/Summer 2026 collection “Crystal Blast”.
Designer Ioanna Kourbela took part with a breathtaking show in presenting her collection “Letters to my body”, signalling the close of presentations at the Public Tobacco Factory. Finally, famous designer Vassilis Zoulias introduced his new Spring/Summer ’26 collection “Beautiful”, accessorized with jewellery by Pericles Kondylatos, at the magnificent Glyfada Golf Club—and once again received enthusiastic applause.
